When I was pregnant with my older son, I spent countless hours washing, folding, and organizing his baby clothes. I’m pretty sure my husband thought I was nuts. Looking back now, I know that I was nesting.
I enjoyed looking at those itty bitty baby clothes and dreaming about my baby and the wonderful life we’ll have together. But probably part of the reason why I spent so much time organizing his clothes is I didn’t have a good system.
A few years ago, I heard of one of those products that make you ask, “Now why didn’t anyone think of this sooner?” Baby Buddy Closet Organizers are just the ticket to keeping a baby or child’s clothing organized. They are plastic organizers that fit on a closet rod, similar to ones you see in clothing stores that keep different sizes organized. You simply attach the age labels you want and hang them on the closet rod. They include blank labels so you can customize those as you wish.
The organizers come in many colors: assorted, blue, chocolate, orange, pink, sage, tan, white, and yellow.
We feature Baby Buddy Closet Organizer in our book The Mommy MD Guide to Pregnancy and Birth and also here.
