How do you work exercise into your family’s life? Before I had kids, I think I was pretty fit. I could not have lived without my double jogging stroller. I took it everywhere! When my kids were toddlers, my husband and I took our kids for walks in the stroller every night. It was a wonderful chance for us to talk, get some exercise, and also model for our kids the importance of exercise.
The double jogging stroller we had wasn’t anything expensive or fancy. In fact it had been a hand-me-down, but boy did we get our use out of it!
How do you recharge your batteries? Dates with daddy and lots of exercise whenever I can squeeze it in. Exercising is a great stress reliever but most moms don’t make it a priority. But you have to remember that you are you child’s health role model, so keeping yourself fit is important.
