What’s your favorite parenting tip? Talk softly, even when you are really upset with your child.

How do you get your kids to eat healthy food? We let the kids make their own healthy smoothies with berries, low-fat yogurt, ice, and low-sugar juice. We use a Magic Bullet, so the kids can make it themselves.
