What’s your favorite parenting tip? Relax! Kids are pretty resilient. If you do your best and love your kids, you’re all going to make it through and it’s going to be ok.

How do you get your kids to eat healthy food? I have one picky eater and one really picky eater, so it’s a constant struggle. I try to make as much of our food as possible, even bread and chocolate syrup. We try our best not to have junk food in the house. And we eat out as little as possible.

How do you work exercise into your family’s life? My kids do a lot of running around, and I encourage that, except right before bedtime. My husband takes them to an indoor bounce place several days a week. They love it!

How do you recharge your batteries? I like to read and cook. My kids like to help cook for awhile , and when they get bored then I get to finish by myself.
