Cradle Cap
My baby has cradle cap. How did you get rid of this?
Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: All three of my sons got a little cradle cap. I tried to prevent is by gently brushing their hair with soft baby brushes and baby shampoo in the tub – but only do submersion baths after the umbilical cord stump has fallen off. I’d shampoo my babies’ hair, really froth up the bubbles, and then gently scrub their scalps.
Cradle cap is a collection of old, dead skin cells and secretions. I was able to treat it and prevent it from building up and looking really bad!
