Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: After my kids gave up their naps, I instituted “quiet time.” My girls didn’t have to actually nap, but they had to do something quietly in their rooms for about 45 minutes.
This gave me some much-needed quiet time. You can’t be a Mommy 24/7. Everyone needs a break.
