Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: Ironically, my coworkers present my toughest weight-loss challenge, by ordering out for pizza and bringing in cakes, but they can also be my biggest supporters. Whenever one of us is trying to lose weight, the others rally behind her. For example, one of my coworkers was going on a cruise and wanted to lose weight. On her breaks, she’d walk up and down the stairs at the hospital, and three or four of us would join her!
Each year as winter turns to spring, most of us start to think about our weight. We all watch what we eat and encourage each other. It’s a wonderful place to work. I feel very supported by my friends and workers.
