How do you maintain your weight?

Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: For me, it’s important not to fall off the wagon, or at least not to wait too long before I get back up on the wagon. For example, on Thanksgiving, I might eat whatever I want. But the next day, I get back to eating normally again. I try not to let holidays become holiweeks.
