I’m lactose intolerant, so I avoid dairy. I take a prenatal multi, and I bought two different calcium supplements. One has 600 mg calcium and the other has 600 mg calcium with 400 I.U. Vitamin D. Both are supposed to be taken twice daily. I know Vitamin D is good, but the prenatal vitamins already contain 400 I.U. Vitamin D. Which calcium should I take?–D.M., in Spring, TX |
