Getting Pregnant Again

I had such a hard time getting pregnant with my first baby. I have to admit, my husband and I are reluctant to use any birth control. Is this risky?

Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: Yes! I had a lot of challenges getting pregnant with my first son, but my second son was a spontaneous event!

So the good news is, there’s hope for moms who struggled to get pregnant the first time. The flip side of that is unless you’re ready for baby number two—or three, or four—use protection. Sometimes subsequent pregnancies happen a whole lot easier.
