Headaches
I’m in my second trimester, and I have bad headaches. Did you and how did you cope?
Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: Right about when my morning sickness went away, my headaches kicked in. I had a headache every day during my second trimester.
I found that taking Tylenol and Sudafed each morning helped. I don’t have a history of migraines, so I didn’t think they were migraines, just pregnancy related. (Talk with your doctor or midwife before taking this or any medication.)
I also found that when I was busy, I felt better. Sitting home feeling sorry for myself wasn’t the way to go! I felt better on the days that I worked. It kept my mind off of my headaches.
