Healthy Eating, Encouraging

How did you encourage your toddlers to eat healthy food?

Our Mommy MD Guide’s reply: I fed my children the freshest, least processed foods possible. For example, I’d give them a homemade “popsicle” made from organic grape juice rather than store-bought popsicles.

It’s important to give your children the food that their bodies need to thrive. The best foods are generally the ones that are the least processed.
