How do you contain the arts and crafts mess?

My daughter loves art. She’s always been my crafty one. I’m a bit of a neat freak, and arts and crafts are messy, so I probably didn’t foster that as much as I could have.

When we do arts and crafts, we usually do them outside on a picnic table. That way the fingerpaints, Play-Doh, and glitter all stays outside.
