Sarah is the vice president of marketing of Goodnighties Recovery Sleepwear and a M.O.M. (Manager of Many)
How many children do you have? Two, ages 13 and 17
How did you come up with the idea for your product? I’m an older mom and was suffering with chronic exhaustion (as well as sassy teenagers). It was horrendous! I found Goodnighties, a brand of sleepwear that sounded like something I needed (badly). I tried them, and I finally was able to sleep through the night. It was actually profound, healed my creative brain, dusted off my Corporate Executive-level background and cold called the company to now be part of the team moving this brand forward to other women (like me). We are also planning a launch of Men’s sleepwear in the near future! This fabric is ‘smart-fabric,’ and it really helps people with sleep issues! Goodnighties is also 100% made in the USA, which is great!
What’s your favorite parenting tip? Sleep and a locked door.
How do you get your family to eat healthy food and/or exercise? I usually have to pay them.
How do you recharge your batteries? Eight to nine hours of SLEEP.
